Consumer Claim Support ("we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging program to provide accident victims with updates, resource links, police report statuses, and evaluation scheduling information. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive automated informational and promotional text messages from us.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you give express written consent to receive SMS messages from Consumer Claim Support. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is strictly voluntary.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive multiple messages regarding the status of a requested police report or follow-up communications regarding your accident evaluation.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier. Please consult your wireless provider for specific information regarding your texting plan.

5. STOP Instructions

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

6. HELP Instructions

If you need assistance or are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact our support team directly via our Contact Page.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & Opt-Out

9. Eligibility

To participate in our SMS program, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

10. Mobile Number Ownership

By subscribing, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. If your phone number changes, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately to avoid sending messages to the new owner of your previous number.

11. Changes to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
